This policy explains how Crzy Lvrs handles personal information for crzylvrs.com and our communications, including the Crzy Lvrs SMS program for ℅ (c/o). For questions or privacy requests, email friends@crzylvrs.com.
1. Information we collect
When you subscribe, contact us, request an authentication code or opt in to messages, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address and phone number. We also keep communication preferences, records of consent and withdrawal, and correspondence you send us.
To operate SMS, we process message content, recipient numbers, timestamps, delivery results and opt-out requests. Authentication providers process code-verification requests and outcomes. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request times and security logs.
Where you use our workspace services, information relevant to your account, visits or events may be used to provide the service and personalize communications you have agreed to receive. An invitation or a phone number supplied by another person does not by itself give us permission to send you marketing texts.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, authenticate accounts, deliver requested codes, manage subscriptions and preferences, send communications you have opted into, maintain consent and suppression records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We may use aggregate information about delivery and engagement to improve our communications.
3. SMS consent and choices
SMS authentication and SMS marketing are separate. Requesting a login or 2FA code does not opt you into marketing. Marketing texts are optional; consent is not required to purchase anything or become a member. Email subscription does not imply SMS consent.
Authentication message frequency depends on your requests. Marketing texts are occasional and their frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from marketing texts, or HELP for assistance. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. You can also contact friends@crzylvrs.com to change your preferences. 4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell mobile information or share phone numbers, SMS opt-in records or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts from Crzy Lvrs is not transferable to another sender.
We use service providers to deliver the services you request: Twilio for authentication and text delivery, Resend for email, and Cloudflare for hosting, storage and security. These providers receive the information needed to perform their work for us, not permission to use your mobile information or consent for their own marketing. Telecommunications carriers also process information needed to transmit messages.
We may disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, security threats or the protection of legal rights. Those purposes do not authorize sharing SMS consent or phone numbers for third-party marketing.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account support, consent records, opt-out enforcement and legal obligations. An unsubscribe may leave a limited suppression record so that we can respect your choice.
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
6. Your privacy requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, or withdraw communication consent, by emailing friends@crzylvrs.com. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal requirements, security or to honor an opt-out. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply under local law.
Our website and messaging program are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and address it.
7. Links and policy updates
Other websites, including external event and payment platforms, have their own privacy policies. This policy does not govern their independent services. We will post updates to this policy here with the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
