These terms cover the Crzy Lvrs website and the Crzy Lvrs text messaging program, including communications about our ℅ (c/o) creative workspace and community. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Crzy Lvrs. Questions? Email friends@crzylvrs.com.

1. Using our website

Use our website lawfully. Do not attempt to access someone else’s account, interfere with the service, or submit information you are not authorized to provide. You remain responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure. Workspace memberships, bookings, purchases and event attendance may have separate terms presented when you arrange them; these messaging terms do not replace those agreements.

2. Text messaging program

Our SMS program has two purposes: authentication codes, including two-factor authentication (2FA), requested when you sign in or verify your number; and occasional marketing messages, such as community news, event invitations and offers, sent only after you separately opt in.

Requesting a security code or providing a phone number for your account does not enroll you in marketing. Signing up for email updates does not enroll you in text messages. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or membership. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide.

3. Consent and frequency

We send marketing texts only with your express consent to that messaging program, such as through a clearly labelled SMS opt-in. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Authentication messages are triggered by your requests; marketing message frequency varies and is occasional. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.

4. Stop messages or get help

To unsubscribe from marketing texts, reply STOP to the number that sent the message. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. Further marketing messages will stop unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or email friends@crzylvrs.com. You can also use that email address to request an unsubscribe or a change to your communication preferences.

If you choose SMS authentication, you may receive a security code when you explicitly request one, separately from marketing. If a carrier or messaging-provider block prevents delivery, use another available sign-in method or contact us. Please tell us if you change or relinquish your phone number.

5. Delivery and availability

Texts depend on mobile networks and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use our messaging program for emergencies. Never share a sign-in code with another person.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information used to provide the website and messaging program, including our restrictions on sharing mobile information and consent records.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not create consent to new marketing purposes; we will obtain any additional consent required before using your number for those purposes. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
